«Кэшбери» объявила о прекращении работы

Группа компаний «Кэшбери» прекращает свою работу, сообщил владелец платформы Артур Варданян в видеообращении, размещенном на YouTube. Он пообещал начать возвращать долги клиентам со 2 ноября. Варданян заявил, что «Кэшбери» не сможет продолжить работу даже в ограниченном режиме, поскольку против компании «развернута целая армия журналистов» и ее поливают грязью крупнейшие телеканалы и СМИ. Счета компании разблокированы не будут, большинство контрагентов напуганы и значительная часть денег исчезла, признал владелец компании.

«На нас будут объявлять охоту до того, как мы не уйдем с рынка», – уверен Варданян.

По его словам, у «Кэшбери» есть финансовые ресурсы для погашения долгов, но не в полном объеме. 2 ноября компания произведет расчет введенных и выведенных средств индивидуально по каждому пользователю и отобразит в личных кабинетах остаточную сумму долгов перед клиентами. «Вы вправе претендовать на них, и мы будем их выплачивать исходя из графика погашения задолженности, который мы составим в ближайшее время», – сказал Варданян. Он уточнил, что 25% долгов будет компенсировано криптовалютой CashberyCoin.

Кроме того, Варданян объявил о планах через 100 дней создать новую компанию Global Decentralized Community (GDC). По его словам, она будет работать в десятках стран мира и в первый год соберет до 5 млн участников. «Новый гигант финансово-инвестиционной индустрии» появится во второй декаде февраля. Клиенты «Кэшбери» будут автоматически переведены на новую платформу.

Центробанк назвал «Кэшбери» «одной из самых масштабных финансовых пирамид» за последние годы. Руководитель департамента противодействия недобросовестным практикам ЦБ Валерий Лях оценивал ущерб от деятельности платформы в 1-3 млрд руб. ЦБ пожаловался на «Кэшбери» в Генпрокуратуру и МВД. «Кэшбери» остановила работу 11 октября, объявив о «трехнедельных каникулах» для восстановления заблокированных счетов и создания платежной инфраструктуры.

Зачастую мошенники от FOREX сознательно скрывают эти документы или же выкладывают их на английском языке. Запомните: любые отговорки в духе «мы международная компания и поэтому у нас все документы на английском» это лишь примитивные уловки мошенников от ФОРЕКС скрыть от вас какие-либо нюансы. Если компания ориентирована на русскоязычную аудиторию, все документы должны быть, в том числе, и на русском языке. Обратите внимание, входит ли компания в какие-либо структуры, которые уполномочены разбирать спорные ситуации. В случае возникновения таковых, решить вопрос в суде офшорной юрисдикции возможности, скорей всего, у Вас не будет. А попытаться отстоять свою позицию, например, в Финансовой комиссии у Вас хотя бы гипотетические шансы есть.

Особое внимание стоит обратить на бонусные программы. Зачастую мошенники фактически навязывают различного рода так называемые бонусы, кредиты с заведомо невыполнимыми условиями. Помните: бесплатный сыр бывает только в мышеловке. Если у Вас возникают любые вопросы по бонусным программам, задавайте их публично и требуйте развернутого ответа.

4. Техническая поддержка.

Обратите внимание, есть ли у FOREX компании круглосуточная техническая поддержка. На самом деле, важность этого вопроса несколько преувеличена. Как правило, необходимость обращения в техподдержку в большинстве случае возникает лишь у новичков. Но наличие круглосуточной техподдержки будет дополнительным преимуществом.

5.Программное обеспечение.

Как правило, в настоящий момент практически у всех FOREX компаний предлагаемый выбор програмного обеспечения одинаков. Это различные версии торгового терминала MeteTrader: версия для компьютера на Windows, версия MT4 для мобильных устройств и вебтерминал для торговли из браузера. В качестве дополнительных бонусов дл автоматической торговли могут быть предложены услуги размещения терминалов на выделенном VPS. В некоторых компаниях уже появляется возможность открывать счета для торговли через терминал МТ5, но насколько это является преимуществом сказать сложно.

6.Инвестиционные программы.

Как показывает практика, выманивание денежных средств под видом инвестирования в различные инвест-программы это основное поле деятельность для мошенников. Если Вам предлагают варианты «низкорискового» инвестирования ваших средств куда-либо с гарантированной доходностью выше банковской, иногда разница в доходностях может быть на порядки, будьте уверены: Вы столкнулись с мошенниками. За последние несколько лет развалились десятки финансовых пирамид, предлагавших «выгодное инвестирование на рынке ФОРЕКС». Не надейтесь, что Вас это не коснется. Деньги не кролики, самостоятельно не размножаются. Верить в сказки про финансовых гениев, способных выплачивать огромные проценты по Вашим вкладам, по меньшей мере, наивно.

7. Безопасность.

Обратите внимание, какое внимание в компании уделяется безопасности. Обязательная верификация, необходимость подтверждения вывода денежных средств путем ввода кода из СМС, возможность двухфакторной авторизации могут существенно снизить риск того, что Ваши деньги могут быть попросту украдены.

8. Факторы, значимость которых преувеличена.

К этим факторам мы бы отнесли следующие:

наличие офшорных лицензий. По большому счету это лишь ничего не значащие бумажки, носящие имиджевый характер. Ни один офшорный «регулятор» не оказал сколь-либо заметной помощи ни одному трейдеру в спорных вопросах. Тоже самое можно сказать и о лицензиях, которые сейчас раздают в странах СНГ. Судя по последнием событиям, лицензию без проблем могут получить откровенные лохотроны типа
Наличие различных обучающих курсов, предлагаемых ФОРЕКС компаниями. Процесс становления трейдера может растянуться на годы и ни на каких экспресс-курсах не научат Вас прибыльно работать. Как показывает практика, недобросовестные компании активно используют подобные курсы для «промывки» мозгов клиентам и лишь подталкивают их к внесению денежных средств на торговый счет.
Наличие на сайте FOREX компании аналитических прогнозов. Не секрет, что прибыльно работать можно лишь торгуя системно по предельно формализованной торговой системе. И никакие сторонние аналитики не заменят трейдеру собсвенные правила входа и выхода в/из рынка.
Максимальное торговое плечо. Огромное торговое плечо не является преимуществом, оно лишь ускоряет слив депозита новичками, не научившимися контролировать свои риски.

Кипрский финансовый регулятор CySEC объявил о частичной приостановке действия лицензии, выданной розничному FOREX брокеру XTrade Europe Ltd., который владеет брендами XTrade и XForex. Причиной такого решения Кипрской Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам (CySEC) явилась недобросовестная маркетинговая и рекламная политика XTrade. CySEC считает, что XTrade использует недобросовестную рекламу, вводящую в заблуждение клиентов.

Частичная приостановка лицензии подразумевает запрет для XTrade на привлечение новых клиентов, при этом обслуживать уже существующих клиентов компании пока разрешено.

Регулятор дал компании XTrade месяц на исправление сложившейся ситуации. В случае игнорирования требований регулятора, деятельность XTrade может быть полностью заблокирована.

Обращение к компании Xtrade Europe Ltd.

Тема: Частичная приостановка торговой лицензии.

Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам Кипра (CySEC) объявила, что в соответствии с разделом 26 (2) Закона об инвестиционных услугах от 2007 года, разрешение кипрской инвестиционной компании Xtrade Europe Ltd (далее Компания) номер 108/10 вести финансовую деятельность и оказывать услуги финансового характера новым клиентам, частично приостановлено.

Причиной данного решения является подозрения в нарушении закона, а именно:

Раздел 36 (1), подпункты 1 и 2, Параграф 6, Директива DI144-2007-02 от 2012 года. Маркетинговые материалы, распространяемые Компанией, не кажутся справедливыми, ясными и вводят клиентов в заблуждение.

Данное решение было вынесено регулятором по причине подозрений в нарушениях закона, которые могут угрожать интересам клиентов Компании а также бесперебойной работе участников рынка.

У Компании есть 1 месяц, чтоб принять меры по устранению выше перечисленных нарушений.

Пока приостановление действия лицензии в силе, Компания:

1. Не может вступать в деловые отношения с новыми клиентами.
2. Не может получать, передавать или исполнять любые приказы от новых клиентов для покупки каких-либо финансовых инструментов.
3. Не может предоставлять любому новому клиенту любые инвестиционные услуги на территории или за пределами Кипра.
4. Не может распространять маркетинговые материалы с целью привлечения новых клиентов.
5. Обязана разместить на всех своих сайтах информацию о том, что торговая лицензия на предоставления финансовых услуг и осуществления финансовой деятельности новым клиентам была частично приостановлена.

Компания может продолжать предоставлять услуги финансового и инвестиционного характера своим существующим клиентам.

Отметим, что это уже не первая претензия от финансовых регуляторов к компании Xtrade. В 2016 году из-за задержек с выплатами денежных средств клиентам претензии к австралийскому подразделению XTrade предъявлял финансовый регулятор Австралии ASIC. В октябре 2016 года кипрский XTrade получил штраф от CySEC в размере € 225 000. Причиной недовольства регулятора явилась все та же недобросовестная рекламная и маркетинговая политика Xtrade.

Телефонные мошенники добрались до неудачливых омских биржевиков, сообщает «ОМСКРЕГИОН» . В качестве сыра для интернет-мышеловки жулики использовали обещание вернуть средства, потерянные в результате совершения провальных биржевых сделок. В полицию обратился 45-летний омич с заявлением о хищении денег с банковской карты. Оперативники установили, что на сотовый телефон ему позвонил неизвестный мужчина и представился работником брокерской компании. Собеседник сообщил о возможности вернуть проигранные деньги, которые станут доступными только после регистрации на одной из интернет-площадок.
Потерпевший не удивился звонку, так как в прошлом году он действительно проводил сделки на бирже.
«Мужчина под диктовку заполнил на сайте необходимые поля, указав личные данные и реквизиты своей банковской карты. При этом со счета заявителя исчезло почти 270 тыс. рублей. Выяснилось, что деньги были переведены на счет сайта, зарегистрированного в другом государстве», — сообщили правоохранители. В аналогичной ситуации оказалась 81-летняя пенсионерка, которой также позвонили из брокерской компании и предложили заработать на валютном рынке. Под диктовку неизвестного человека пожилая омичка зарегистрировалась на сайте и собственноручно перевела на чужой счет 29 тыс. рублей.
По всем фактам возбуждены уголовные дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 159 УК РФ «Мошенничество». Санкция данной статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до 5 лет.
УМВД России по Омской области напоминает гражданам:
— не верьте словам незнакомых людей о компенсациях, обмене денег, выигрышах в лотерею;
— не сообщайте третьим лицам номер карты, ПИН-код, логин и пароль от интернет-банка, а также СМС-пароли, приходящие на ваш телефон, какими бы убедительными ни казались предложения о выигрышах, продаже различных товаров или оказании услуг. Если вы все-таки стали жертвой подобного преступления, своевременно обращайтесь в полицию по телефону «02» или в дежурную часть отдела полиции по месту жительства.

Ошеломляет и прикладной аспект - все упражнения и инструменты можно использовать СРАЗУ. Результат их
использования виден сразу.
Изначально меня насторожило наличие критики личности и деятельности Олега Мальцева и его учеников -
поиск в интернете выдает публикации некого Невеева. Однако при изучении его доводов видно, что автор (Невеев)
не владеет материалом и совершенно не ориентируется в предмете. Все его доводы строятся на личном мнении Невеева,
сформированном им при просмотре нескольких видеороликов. Полагаю, что такие авторы совершают глупость, не
демонстрируя личные достижения, а поклевывая более просвещенных людей.
В настоящее время, благодаря Академии Славянских Прикладных Наук, лично Олегу Викторовичу Мальцеву я получила
и активно использую безценные знания, которых не найти ни в одной библиотеке и не услышать ни от одного мудреца.
